However, to achieve that, Ukraine has to establish an efficient regulatory environment around crypto that makes it straightforward for businesses to operate while offering the necessary protections and safeguards for consumers.
And it seems the nation's government was working on just that.
On September 8, Ukraine's Parliament approved a draft law that legally recognizes cryptocurrency and enables businesses to launch virtual asset markets in the country. At the same time, banks and financial providers will be able to open accounts for crypto enterprises.
According to members of the government, Ukraine's upcoming crypto law will have plenty of additional benefits for cryptocurrency market participants.
