    Class-action lawsuit targets major crypto firms

    Several crypto companies have been targeted by 11 lawsuits that were filed in a New York federal court.

    The suits named dozens of parties including BiBox, KuCoin, BitMEX, Block.one (EOS), Tron Foundation (TRX) and others.

    The lawsuit alleges that these firms have sold unlicensed securities without broker-dealer licensing and engaged in market manipulation.

    ShapeShift Enables U.S. Based Customers to Buy Crypto with Debit Card

    U.S. users now can buy Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) on a Switzerland cryptocurrency exchange, ShapeShift, with a debit card.

    Know-Your-Customer is not needed on its platform as ShapeShift does not hold the users' fund with them.

    At the moment, ShapeShift does not have a mobile app and U.S. users are able to purchase crypto via debit card through its web platform.

    Binance quietly scrubs Visa mentions from its payment card website

    Binance recently announced the Binance Card backed by Visa on March 26.

    However, Visa-related mentions have been removed from its announcement post, including the Visa logo from the mock-up card image.

    Additionally, the tweet about the card and the Visa has been removed too.

    It remains unclear why the mentions and Visa logo from the mockups were removed.
