Mike Tyson Joins the FCFL!
That's right, 'The Baddest Man On the Planet' has officially joined the FCFL Owner's Box! We're pretty excited to have the Undisputed Heavyweight Boxing Champion on board to shake things up amongst the other Team Owners | Fan Captains. We had to include a shot of our Co-Founders Patrick Dees and Grant Cohen (on either end), and Evan Vandenberg and Malcolm CasSelle from WAX with our Mike Tyson! We're sure the guys are excited to finally be able to share this on social media, as they had to sign a blood oath and swear to keep this news under wraps until we made our formal announcement.

What's News with the FCFL
Last week the NFL made it's less-than triumphant return with the Hall of Fame Game between the Denver Broncos and Atlanta Falcons. While we were excited to see how some of the rookies looked on the field (sorry, Drew Lock), there was one true focal point of the game: the new pass interference rule. And we definitely weren't the only ones who noticed. We'll be joining the fans in waiting to see how the rule impacts the rate of play this NFL season.
Last week the world got to witness an all-out brawl between the Cincinnati Reds and Pittsburgh Pirates, with the highlight being Yasiel Puig getting in on the action - hours after being traded from the Reds. His actions, while not the best show of sportsmanship (that goes for both teams, for the record), did show loyalty to his team. We felt the need to ask the fans: Where does loyalty land on the list of must-have attributes in our league?

Did You Know 🤔 The newest FCFL Team Owner | Fan Captain, Mike Tyson, has been referenced in many songs, with two of them being nominated for Grammy Awards! "Holy Grail" by Jay Z ft. Justin Timberlake actually won Best Rap/Sung Collaboration at the 56th Grammy Awards in 2014, and "When You Were Young" by The Killers was nominated for Best Rock Song in 2007.
