What's News with the FCFL Love him or hate him, Johnny Manziel provided some solid answers during an AMA hosted by Bleacher Report yesterday, including whether or not a return to football is on the table. We know that isn't how the phrase from The Office goes, but after hearing that the Chicago Bears and Cleveland Browns have the most bets placed for them to win the Super Bowl, we feel the need to make the adjustment. Of course, fans can bet on the outcome of games in the FCFL, but what if they had the opportunity to guess the over/under on how many times Co-Founder Ray Austin will reference his time in the NFL when crashing the broadcast booth? We think that's something the fans could get behind! Yesterday for #NationalPotatoDay, Lay's gave the fans the power to determine whether or not one particular Potato would be saved or "sizzled." The fans ultimately decided to let him live out his life-long dream of becoming a potato chip and sizzled him, but we began thinking of what other ways we could engage the fans for some more fun decisions in the league - read more to find out what's at the top of our list right now! We're not too far away from the FIBA World Cup "tipping off" at the end of the month, but after a recent scrimmage, we're concerned with how the U.S. will perform. In our blog, we discussed a few ways we think the fans would learn from their mistakes if they were on the team. Last week news broke that Jay-Z, Roc Nation, and the NFL would be partnering together to improve the live music entertainment value in the league, including the Super Bowl Half Time Show. We asked the fans if Jay-Z's presence would help bring back those who had lost interest in the league, and we're going to guess that many are going to go with a hard "no." THE Ohio State State University might be THE most annoying school in all of college football, and yes, it mostly has to do with the school trying to trademark "The."
