Ethfinex's Decentralized Exchange (DEX) is being rebranded to DeversiFi, which promises to have order matching speed rivaling that of centralized exchanges.

UK's Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) has upheld its complaint against a Bitcoin newspaper advertisement from BitMEX.

The ad in question comprised two-page spread of a logarithmic graph showing the value of Bitcoin against the US dollar over the past decade.

The ASA claims that a logarithmic graph (with y-axis increasing in orders of magnitude eg.1-10-100-1000 etc...) is "unlikely to be familiar to the national newspaper audience..."

The ASA has warned Bitmex that "The ad must not appear again in its current form" and "that financial information in their ads [to be] set out in a way that [is] readily understood"

A bug found in PIVX and potentially other PoS coins is allowing the attacker to obtain disproportionately high staking rewards.

This bug was found by consulting firm Lunar Digital Assets, which also asserts that the PIVX development team claimed to have solved the issue in January.

The firm alleges that after contacting the team regarding the bug, they obtained no answer but the attack stopped.
