You are simply amazing A warm hello to all fellow Bitcademians!   Firstly, as this is the first iteration of what will be a regular newsletter, I want to personally extend a warm and heartfelt welcome to all supporters (we collected 40K newsletter subscriptions so far!), of what we all hope will be a project that is able to change the lives of countless underprivileged talented athletes worldwide. Secondly, I want to also say a huge thank you to all who have become part of the Bitcademy family.   We are only able to achieve our goals together and all of you count and play an essential part of the story. We have a long road ahead. There are so many things that we want to change. However, we have to start small. We feel that by improving the chances of talented athletes who come from underprivileged backgrounds is a way of improving the life chances of those who have come to be overlooked by the current talent spotting model. It is through our unique platform that we are leveraging the power of the convergence between the blockchain and AI to rank, score and predict the future stars of the beautiful game.   With the ability to be able to directly fund players for the first time using a revolutionary cryptocurrency funding model, we hope that we can bring fundamental change to the current football academy model and effectively re-imagine the possibilities for countless young stars. We hope that in good time we will be able to see the fruits of our labor and sit back, reflect and see that we have done something positive for the world and society at large.   The larger the family the greater the chance to engender change! A humble acorn, in time and with the correct conditions can flourish into a mighty, sturdy and magnificent oak. With your help, we can nurture the vision and extend opportunities to those most in need.
