Trio of BTC Tokens enter Ethereum's DeFi ecosystem

One of DeFi's latest product offering is the ability to "use" Bitcoin tokens as an ERC-20 token to enjoy DeFi's wide range of Dapps.

Specifically, Curve Finance is offering users to lend and borrow Synthetix BTC (sBTC), RenBTC (renBTC), and Wrapped Bitcoin (WBTC) on its platform.

Each of the tokens are pegged to the price of BTC, though each have their own unique way of maintaining the peg.

Participants will split up a weekly award of 10,000 SNX and 25,000 REN, plus BAL and promises for CRV, the forthcoming governance token from Curve.

Coinbase adds COMP to Coinbase Earn

Coinbase customers can now earn COMP by watching lessons and completing quizzes on Coinbase Earn.

Coinbase Earn is Coinbase's educational platform where users can learn about crypto basics and have rewards credited to their Coinbase account.

Coinbase is an investor in Compound and also owns COMP tokens.

Nexo Rolls Out New Lending Offering For Bitcoin & Ethereum

Nexo Finance (NEXO) the crypto lending project has released the "Earn on Crypto" product, which allows users to earn interest on their deposit.

Deposits of GBP, USD, various stablecoins, and EUR, will accrue users 10% interest.

While holdings of ETH, BTC, LTC, BCH, XRP, and EOS allows users to earn up to 5% interest.

BitMax.io will launch THORChain (RUNE) Staking Service with a promotional event.

Users who staked equal or more than 300 RUNE on the platform throughout June 24th, 10:00 a.m. EDT to July 9th, 10:00 a.m. EDT. will be eligible to receive up to 50% APR in returns, paid daily.
